If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

There are several great spots to paddle to in the area, including three small, uninhabited off-shore islands. The closest island takes about 20 minutes to reach by kayak. It's important to land the kayak on this island from the south side, where you will find a small beach. This island is a bird sanctuary and, if you decide to land on it, you're required to stay along the perimeter. This is a great place to enjoy a private swim or a picnic. All destinations, instructions and safety features will be explained in a detailed video.

Not far down the beach from the first off-shore island is a spot known to be inhabited by green sea turtles. You may get to see several on your adventure. Green sea turtles are endangered, and encountering them is a very special experience. You have to be careful maneuvering the kayak in this area, so as not to crash into the many large coral heads in this vicinity. If you bring along snorkel equipment, once you begin encountering the coral heads you can land the kayak on the beach and snorkel in to get a closer look at the coral, exotic tropical fish, and the turtles. The two other islands off shore, Moku'Lua Islands, take an additional 45 minutes to of paddling to reach.

Children 12 and under are typically put into the front of a Double Kayak and provided with a light weight paddle suitable for their size. For parents of children, that do not know how to swim, we usually recommend a paddling trip up the canal to Enchanted Lake. These are protected and very calm waters. Life vests (PFD) for all sizes and weights are provided - 280 Pounds being the upper limit.

Kailua, meaning "two seas," is a beautiful community located on the scenic southeastern shore of the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Its steady trade wind, a protective coral reef and consistent water temperature of 75-degrees Fahrenheit (25-degrees Celsius) makes Kailua perfect for year round water sports. Strolling Kailua's pristine white sand beaches offers a view of the lovely aquamarine where water sportsmen swim, snorkel, kayak, boogie board, surf, windsurf, or kite surf.
