The Missouri River is a gorgeous river with lots of History. Lewis and Clark had their first encounter with the Teton Sioux Indians at the Mouth of the Bad River, as they passed through the area. Wildlife is abundant, the scenery is spectacular. Any of our trips on the Missouri will give you a new sense of what South Dakota is like. Each trips take you through some of the most diverse environments on the Missouri river. We will pass by beautiful sand beaches with trees overhanging the river, flooded timber, sand bars, along with an area where the river runs for miles through an island. You will get spectacular wildlife photo opportunities and if you like, a scenic hike through the river brakes to the prairie.

Most people think of white water kayaking, we use sea kayaks. They are a much more stable boat. The cockpits are over-sized for easy in and out.
