There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

It is not uncommon to go days without seeing a single person outside of the group on the Cheyenne, or White River. If you want to be miles from anyone for an outdoor adventure then there is no doubt these are your rivers! While you can expect the ultimate outdoor experience from either river, expect to get some mud on you hands and feet and even a little wet. Most of our trips on the White River are during the spring (May thru June), due to reliable water flows.

All expeditions include full course dinner, a great lunch, and an All American breakfasts each day prepared for you by your guides. Vegetarian meals are available. Please consult with your guide prior to your trip. Tents and sleeping bags are provided.

Most people think of white water kayaking, we use sea kayaks. They are a much more stable boat. The cockpits are over-sized for easy in and out.
